who is absent from and withoat the limits of the said province, in the
hands and pofleflion of William Colfon and Nathaniel Miller, attl.efuit
of Mordecai and levi She Frail: AND WHEREAS the said Mordccai and
l.evi Sheftall HAVE, agreeable to the directions of the Attachment Aft,
filed their declaration in his Ma efty’s General Court of Pleas against the
said Villiam Ford, and have obtained the following rule, vir.
bHEFTaIIs 1 ORDERED, That the defendant do appear and plead
’verfus > within a year and a day, ctherwife judgment.
