GEORGE, for the space of twej years, or during
the preient rebellion, have row a fair and honour
able opportunity of revenging themselves pn the
authors of the many horrid murders
committed on theirTelations, friends, raid fellow
fubjeds; of teftifying their loyalty to the best of
Kings, arid manifelting their abhorrence and avet
fion to this unnatural and unprovoked rebellion;
by applying to Lieut. Col. George. Campbell,
commandiag tt.e King’s own A t iterieairßegiment,
now quartered in this town, who has power to
taife a body of light horse, to be attached to and
ferVe confiantly with the said regiment. Each loyal
and smart young recruit shall receive five guineas
bounr\’, andaciou n to drink his Majelly’s health,
be provided with free quarters, a good horse, pay,
cloatiiing, arms, accoutrements, ard_ every other
requilite, fit for a light dragoon, Inch as a cap and
hdinc t, abrceof good piltols before him, a keen
edged fvvord by his fide, and goodToofs and spurs.
Thus cquippea as a Gentleman Diagoon, he muff
carry sure and certain vidory, acquire honour to
himfelf, and render service to his Sovereign and
injured Country.

WHcreas John Fox junjpr, of Savannah,’
merchant, was drawn by ballot, and sum
moned to appear as a Gran i Juror at this Court,
as it is said, but he the said John Fox did negleft to
appear at this Court, it is therefore Ordered, That
he be fined in a sum not exceeding eight pounds
llerling, and that’ a Capias do ifTue again!! him for
such sum as he shall be fined in, unless such de
faulters do shew good and fufficient caiifeof excuse
to the judges of this Court, or one of them at hi*
Chambers, such excuse to be made on oath, before
one of the Juflices of the Peace of this province,
within thirty days from the date hereof, exclufivc
of this day. And it is further O dered, That *
copy hereof be infected in the Gazette of this pro
vince. Dated in Court, the 13th day of October,
1781.

taylor; were severally drawn by ballot, and fum
mofied to appear as Petit jurors at this Court, a* *
it is laid, bat they the said David Duncan and Wil
liam Pkat did refpeftively negleft to appear at this
Court, it is therefore Cktlertd, That they be seve
rally fined in a sum 1rof ! exceeding four pound* ■
sterling, and that a capias do ifTue against each of
them Tor such sum as they shall be refpeftively fined
in, unless each of such defaulters do shew good and
fufficient cause of excuse to the Judges of ihi*
Court, or one of them at his Chambers, such excuse
