Forty Guineas Reward.
RAN AWAY from the fubferiber’s plantation
near Thunderbolt,
Two Negro Men,
Burchafed at the lale of the Estate of the late Mr.
John Greene, deceased, Doth country born, black
complexions, and speak good Fnglilh ; one named
Roger, near 50 year,sold, a littlesknock-knee’d,
Him made, round Hrouldered, about 5 feet 8 inches
high, has a wide mouth, speaks fall, (hewing his
teeth, which arc rcmaikably long; the other named
Cob delio, about 20 years bid, very likely, Him
made, a little bow legged, about 5 feet 5 inches
high, speaks flow, of a pleasing couutenance, atid
whole mother lives in Savannah at Mrs. Farquhar’s.
Any perfbn who delivers them; without being
maimed, or oiherwife rendered incapable of labour,
at this place, to the fubferiber, within fix weeks of
this date, Hull be paid ten guineas for Roger, and
fir Cordelio, if delivered in the fame manner* -
twenty guineas; or if any person will give infor
mation of their being harboured, Employed, or
sent off the province, to conyidion of the
if he or lhe be a free white person, shall be paid
the futn of five guineas for each; therefore all
fnaflers ofveliels, and otheis whom it may_concern,

GEORGE, for the space of two years, or during
the present rebellion, have now a fair and
able opportunity of revenging themfelvts on the
authors of the many cruellies and horrid murdera
committed oh their relations, friends, and fellow
Aibje&i ,* bf teftifying their iovalty to the best of
Kings', and manifeiling their abhorrence apd aver
sion to this unnatural and unprovoked rebellion 5
by applying to Lieut.* Col. George Campbell,
commanding the King’s own American Regiment,
now quartered in this town, who has power to
raise a body of light horse, to be attached to and
serve constantly with the said regiment. Eachldyai
and (mart young recruit (hall receive five guineas
bounty, and a crown to drink his Majesty’s health,
be provided with free quarter*, a good horse, pay,
cloathing, arms, accoutrement?, and every other
requisite, fit for a light dragoon, such as a cstp and
hdmet, a brace of good pistols before him, a keen
®~£ e d fwprd by his fide, and good boot* and spurs.
Thus equipped as a Gentleman Dragoon, he must
carry sure and certain viftory, acquire honour w
himfelf, and render service •to his Sovereign and
injured Country.

executors of the last-will and testament of John Forbes,
late of the fame parifli and province, Efijuire, deceased,
and Donald Fraser, formerly of the fame pariih and pro
vince, Gehtleman, at present of Savannah, in the said
province, Esquire, have refpe&tvely made depositions be
fore me, touching the right and interest, claim and de
mand, the said Roger Kelfall, as one of the executor* t
fbrefaid, hath against the purchafer* of the peifonal estate
of the said John Forbes, deceased, at a publick sale made
thereof, on or about the latter end of the month of May,
one thousand seven hundred and feventy-five, stating, that
the book of particulars of the said sale, and all the bond*
taken from the purdiafer*, three only excepted, have
been, during the rebellion in this province, and bef*it tfie
firft day of January, one thousand ftvdn hundred and eigh
ty, either loft, mflaid, dr carried off, and fefpcAinr
which sales the said Roger Kelfall hath only the Aid three
bonds, and a book stating the purthafer* names, *nd the
sums refpedtlvely to the amount of which they purchased

Georgia, by virtue of a writ of attachment to him
direfted, in the several causes undermentioned, did attach
the lands and tenement*, goods and chattels, monies,
debts, and books of account, of the several defendants.in
the said caufes,who are absent from and without the limits
of the said prevince, at the suit of the several plaintiffs t
And whereas the said plaintiffs have refpe&ively; agreeable
to the directions of the Attachmenf*A£t, filed a declara
tion in the General Court against the several defendants in
each of the following causes, viz.
