Six classrooms and six officers for professors, affording J space for 250 ministerial students | and 150 recitations a week will be provided, The structure was made ot possible when Mrs. E. E. Reynolds, Savan naft, left $10,000 in her will for this purpose. B. P. O’Neal, Macon capi¬ talist, gave $5,000 for a theological library, while Dr. A. H. Newman, church historian of the faculty, and Dr. Rufus W. Weaver, Mercer presi¬ dent contributed books from their libraries so that 10,000 volumes con¬ stitute the seminary library. The new building will be known ! as “The Charles E. Groover Memorial I Hall” in honor of Mrs. Reynolds’ first husband.
