make application to the Judge of the
Superior Court of Crawford County
at the Court House of said County,

the following described property:
V one third undivided interest in
that certain tract, lot or parcel of
lend, situate, lying and being in the
State of Ga., County of Peach, and
being in the City of Fort Valley
therein, on the corner of College and
Macon Streets, and being more par¬
ticularly described as follows:
Beginning at the northwest corn¬
er of the intersection of Macon and
College Streets and running thence
105.8 feet north 26% degrees East
to an iron stob; thence 140 feet
North 03 Vi degrees West to an iron
stob; thence North 14.4 feet,
22 % degrees west to an iron stob;
thence North, 97 feet 204- de
green East to an iron stob; thence
109 feet N. 87 Is, degrees W. to
an iron stob; thence along the line
of a ten foot alley running from Cen¬
tral Avenue to College Street 92 feet
South 1 degree west to an iron stob
on the line of the property of J. W.
Woolfolk; thence along the north¬
ern line of the property of .T. w.

along the East line of the property
of J. W. Woolfolk 173.5 feet. South

lege Street thence n'ong said Col¬
lege Street 87.5 feet ro the point or
place of beginning, as shown by
map of T. F. Flournoy, surveyor, Feb.
21st, 1925.
The reason for making ‘his appli¬
cation is that the property is in a
run down condition -nd that the
rent from said property does
not pay the necessary charg¬
es for improving and keeping’ the
same in repair, taxes and insurance,
and also that the owners of the oth¬
er two-thirds undivided interest have
an opportunity to dispose of their
interest in said property and the one
third undivided interest of said ward
can be disposed of to better advan¬
tage by joining in the sale with the
other co-tenants than by selling saiu
one-third interest separately.
