FACTORS
Development of a strong communi¬
ty spirit is essential to community
advancement. Loyalty and team work
are the factors which count. The suc¬
cess of a community, town or city in
material, civic, or moral growth
doesn’t just happen; it is organized,
pre-empted, captured by consecrated
common sense, together with co-oper¬
ative hard work on the part of all its
ptizems.—Kiwanian Caldwell, Idaho.
