THE TIRE MAN
<
And this is the big world we live in.
Such are the ways of men and wo
men.
Those who live in the territory
where the Observer circulates read
and wonder. But this is only one
speck on the map. This is but a drop
in the bucket. Occasionally we get a
glimpse of the outer world, and then
we forget and imagine that things
are not so bad after all. We take
it for granted that tfie world is get¬
ting better. All is going well. We i
know little of what is going on in
the world, and we worry little over
that which we know.—Moultrie Ob
