i The petition of J. Lester Wilson and Martha
Hinton Wilson, of the County of Peach.
State of Georgia, and of Norman L. Wilson

1. Petitioners desire for themselves, their
j associates and successors, to he incorporated
i and made a body politic under the name and
j style of “The Wilson Company” for a period
| of twenty years, with the right to renew
| the charter at the expiration of said time,
j J 2. The principal office and place of busi
ness of said company shall be in the City
of Fort Valley, Poach County, Georgia, but I
; petitioners desire the right to establish branch

sued, to plead and be impleaded, to have and
use a common seal, to make all necessary
by-laws and regulations, and to do all other
things that may be necessary to the suc¬
cessful carrying on of said business, includ¬
ing the right to buy, hold and sell real es¬
tate and personal property, and to execute
notes and bonds as evidence of indebtedness
incurred or which may be incurred in the
conduct of the affairs of the corporation, and
to secure the same by mortgage, security
deed, or other form of lien under existing
laws.
7. Petitioners desire for said incorporation
i the power and authority to apply for and
accept amendments to its charter of either
form or substance by a vote of a majority
of its stock outstanding at the time. They
also ask authority for said incorporation to
wind up its affairs, liquidate and discontinue
its business at any time it may determine by
a vote of two-thirds of its stock outstanding
at the time.
8 . Petitioners desire for said incorporation
all such other rights, powers, privileges, au
thorities and immunities as are incident to

and so the right to engage in what is com¬
monly called the real estate business with
all its rights, powers, privileges and immuni

5th. The petitioners also desire for the
corporation the right to act as agent for
any persons or corporations desiring to bor

and other forms of liens, secured by real
