Green, Mrs. Bessie M. and C. L. Shepard, all of Peach Georgia, respectfully shows to the Court: 1st. That they desire for themselves, their sociatejs and successors, to be and made a body politic under the name etyle of Fruit Belt Real Estate for the term of Twenty (20) years, the. privilege of renewing the charter the end of that time, as provided by laws of the State of Georgia. 2nd. That the principal office and place business of the corporation shall be in City of Fort Valley, Georgia, with the to establish branch offices, within or out said State, as a majority of the holders may from time to time decide. t 3rd. The Capital Stock of said corporation shall be Five Thousand ($5,000.00) Dollars divided into shares of One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars each, with the privilege of increasing said Capital Stock to any amount up to and including One Hundred Thousand Dollars by a majority vote of the stockholders.
