scribed therein, said two notes bearing in¬
terest. from November 8, 1926 ,at the rate of
X peu cent per annum. The total amount that
will be due on said notes on said date of
sale will be $2,500.00 principal, and $232.40
interest.
The proceeds of the sale made by property
will be applied to the payment of the prin¬
cipal and interest due on said notes, and
taxes and premiums of insurance that may
have been paid on said property by the said
^ B. Vining, and the expenses of this sale,
as provided under the power contained in said
deed, and the remainder, if any, paid to the
grantor in said deed.
Said power of sale has become operative
because of default in the payment of the afore¬
said notes, pursuant to the terms of said
power of sab 1 in said deed to secure debt.
