executed to State Planter* Bank & Trust
Company of Richmond, Virginia, certain prom¬
issory notes fully described in deed to secure
debt a* hereinafter set out ; and
WHEREAS, said Indebtedness was secured
by a deed to secure debt executed by Forest
Dole* to State Planters Bank & Trust Com¬
pany, said deed to secure debt being dated
August 1, 1935. and being recorded in the
office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of

WHEREAS, said deed to secure debt

said, has exercised the option as provided

Being the same property conveyed the the
grantor herein by deed dated August 1st,
1935, from State- Planters Bank & Trust Com¬
pany. which deed is to be filed for record
along with this loan deed.
There will be due to State Planters Bank
& Trust Company on the date of sale by rea
son of the indebtedness secured by the deed
to secure debt, the sum of Eight Thousand
Dollars ($8000.90) Dollars principal, and Six
Hundred Seventy & 42*100 ($670.42) Dollars
interest, besides the expense of these proceed¬
ings. There is also outstanding and due
against said property taxe^ due the State of
Georgia and County of Peach for the years
1987, 1938 and 1939 and the purchaser at said

October 2, 1989, granted upon the application
of the undersigned ah administrator* of the
Mtftte of Charles K. Novak, deceased, for the
purpose of paying the debts and distribution
of said estate, there will be sold before the
court house door of said Lamar County, Geor¬
