Braswell Subdivision of said city
of Fort Valley, 54 feet more or
less, running back with uniform

or less, that is bounded on the
north by Braswell Field, on the
east by Second Street, and on the
south by lands of Milton Young,
and on the west by Braswell Field.
Said deed to secure debt given
to scure a note of even date there

matured and pursuant to the pro
visions of said note and deed a
foresaid Lee Loans, Inc. has ex
ercised its option and declared the
entire balance due and collecti
ible;
Now, therefore, according to
the te—as of said deed to secure
debt and under and by virtue of
the power of sale contained there
in and the laws in such cases made
and provided, the undersigned will
expose for sale to the highest and
best bidder for cash the above de
scribe! property, after proper ad
vertisement, on the first Tuesda y
in July, 1968, between the legal
hours of sale before the Court
House door in Peach County, Geor

1— Petitioners desire for them
selves, their associates and suc
cessors, to be incorporated under
the name of “COMMUNITY E
CONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COM
PANY”.
2— This corporation is organized
and chartered for the purpose of
furthering th e economic develop
ment of Fort Valley, Georgia, and
its environs, and promoting and
assisting the growth and develop
ment of business concerns, includ
ing small-business concerns, in
said area. The primary objective
of this corporation shall be bene
fit to the community as measured
by increased employment, payroll'
business volume and correspond-

with which the corporation shall
begin business shall not be less
than $200.00,
5— The time for which the cor
poration is to have existence is
thirty-five (35) years, with the
privilege of renewal of the charter
form tim e to time, upon the ex
piration of said period of thirty
five (35) years.
6— The county in which the prWi
cipal office of the corporation is
to be located is Peach County,
Georgia.
7— The stock of this corporation
shall be owned principally at all
times by local persons residing or
doing business in the area of op
eration.
8— Each of the following appli
cants for charter are residents of
Fort Valley, Peach County, Geor
