1, 1968, James L. Jordan, Jr did
execute and deliver to Mrs. Edna
Holly a certain Security Deed to
the following described property:
All that tract or parcel of land
lying and being in the State of
Georgia, County of Peach and in
the G. Algie and Mary C. Fagan
Subdivision of the City of Fort
Valley therein; which lot here des
cribed and conveyed is shown and

Superior Court and here referred
to for all purposes. The said lot

Nine and 10A00 Dollars, payable
in monthly inctallmanta, all at
shown of record in Deed Book ‘D-
2’, Pago 23, Ctark’a Office. Peach
County Superior Court; and
Whereas the said James L. Jor
dan, Jr. fasts defaulted in making
payment of the monthly install
ments as they matured and pur
suant to the provisions of said
note and deed aforesaid Mrs. Ed
na Holly has exercised her option
and declared the entire balance
due and collectible;
Now, therefore, according to the
terms of said deed to secure debt
and under and by virtue of the
power of sale contained therein
and the laws in such cases made
and provided, the undersigned will
expose for sale to the highest and
b est bidder for cash the above des
cribed property, after proper ad
vertisement, on the first Tuesday
in July, 1968, between the legal
hours of sale before the court
house door in Peach County, Geor
gia.
The proceeds from said sale to
be used, first to the payment of
said note, principal, interest and
expenses, and the balance, if any,
