The object of said corporation
is pecuniary gain and profit.

The general nature of the bus
iness or businesses to be transact
ed is as follows: To carry on or
conduct an electrical installation
and ir ug business; to soli
cit, bid, enter into, and perform
Contracts for the doing of electri

lectr.cal machinery, equipment,
appliances, accessories, materials
and supplies or ail Kmas; to en
gage in the engineering, distribu
tion, and installation of electrical
c i and to engage in any
other business or trade which, in
the opinion of the directorrs of

ously carried on in connection
with or auxiliary to said primary
business, and to do all such thi-.g.
as are incidental or conducive to
the above objects or any or them.

Petitioners desire that said cor
poration have all of the powers
enumerated in Sections 22-1827
and 22-1828, Georgia Code Anno
tated, and such powers as may
hereafter be given by law.

The maximum number of shares
of COv shall be Five Hundred
(500) of the par value of One Hun
dred ($100.00) Dollars per share,

to be located is to be in Peach
County, Georgia.

The name and post office ad
dress of each of the applicants for
charter are as follows: Jack R.
Hunnicutt, Fort Valley, Georgia;
U. R. Hallman, Fort Valley, Geor
gia; Peyton Carswell, 233 College
Street, Macon, Georgia.

Petitioners desire that by-laws
of the corporation shall be adopted
by the common stockholders, and
such (by-laws shall provide for the
officers of the corporation, the
manner of their selection, and
such other rules appropriate to by
laws which have as their purpose
the control and management of
the corporation, including provis
ions whereby the by-laws may be
amended.

Petitioners herewith exhibit a
certificate of the Secretary of the
State of Georgia as required by
Section 22-1803, Georgia Code An
notated.
WHEREFORE, petitioners pray
to be incorporated under the name
and style aforesaid with all the
ghts, powers, privileges and im
munities herein set forth, and
such additional rights, powers,
and privileges as may be neces
ary, proper or incident to the
conduct of the business aforesaid,
and as may be inherent in or al
lowed to like corporations under
the laws of the State of Georgia
as they now exist or may hereaft
er exist.
