Flint EMC mails $1 million member refunds
Checks are being mailed this week to
the 24,000 Flint members who are
eligible for capital credit refunds for
the years 1968-1969. Flint Electric
Membership Corporation, being a
non-profit cooperation owned by those
it serves, returns margins, or money
left over at the end of the business year
after all bills are paid, to its members
in the form of capital credit payments,
In announcing the total payment of
$1,019,122.00 which is being distri¬
buted to members on a pro rata basis,

monies and thereby reduce the net cost
