Funeral Notices
Clyde Barrett
Clyde, “Jim", Barrett of Fort Valley
died Tuesday, October 2, 1984. He was
a well known businessman in Fort
Valley. Rev. R. W. Pitts and Rev.
Robert W. Green officiated at the
services which were held on Saturday,
October 6 at 1:00 p.m. at the Goodwill
Cemetary.
Mr. Barrett is survived by his wife,
Mrs. Willie M. Barrett, two sons,
Willie Arthur and Eugene of Macon;
two daughters, Mrs. Zell T. Cason and
Mrs. Joyce Ann Gail of Macon; one
step-daughter, Mrs. Urman Carswell
Edwards of Hyattsville, MD.; ■ g
grandchildren and a host of other , r
relatives. Habersham Funeral Home
was in charge of arrangements.
Jessie Kemp West
Mrs. Jessie Kemp West of Fort
Valley died Thursday, October 4, 1984
after an extended illness. Rev. Robert
W. Green conducted the services at
the Usher's Temple C.M.D. Church in
Fort Valley. Services were held
October 8 at 2:30 p.m. with interment
in the Willow Lake Memorial Gardens.
Survivors include one sister, Mrs.
Libbie Kemp Huff of Fort Valley, a
host of other relatives.
Felma Duggar McCrary
Mrs. Felma Duggar McCrary, of
Fort Valley, died Monday, October 1,
at the Roberta Intermediate Health
Care Center. Rev. Julius C. Simmons
conducted the services at the Trinity
Baptist Church on Saturday, October

6, at 2 p.m. Interment was in the
Willow Lake Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Duggar is survived by her
husband, Mr. J. D. McCrary of Fort
Valley; two sons, Ronald Edward
McCrary and Alex Llewellyn McCrary,
both of Fort Valley; one daughter,
LaVoris McCrary of Fort Valley. A host
of other relatives. Edwards Funeral
Home of Fort Valley was in charge of
arrangements.

Fagan Allen is deeply grateful for all
acts of sympathy and kindness during
her stay at the Fort Valley Health Care
Center, as well as during this period of
bereavement. May God bless each one
