Both Tammy and Jesse are cur¬
rently serving in the United States
Army stationed in Fort Hood,
Texas. Tammy is a Flight Opera¬
tions Specialist and Jesse is a Mili¬
tary Intelligence Analyst.
After their tour in the Army, the
couple will reside in Guam.
Pilot Club seeks
Miss Georgia Peach
contestants
The Pilot Club of Peach County
will sponsor the 5th Annual Miss
Georgia Peach Pageant to be held
April 13 at the Fort Valley State
College Farm & Life Community
Center in Fort Valley. The Pilot
Club is currently seeking contes¬
tants for the pageant. Young ladies
from the Middle Georgia area are
invited to compete for the following
titles: Miss Georgia Peach for ladies
ages 13-18; Junior Miss Georgia
Peach for ladies ages 8-12; or Little
Miss Georgia Peach for girls ages
4-7.
All contestants may also partici¬
pate in a Miss Photogenic contest,
and a prize will be awarded to the
winning contestants in each

luncheon given
by Dot Hudson
Dot Hudson had her aunts for a
delightful luncheon at her home in
Powersville on Feb. 12.
A delicious lunch was served at
1 o'clock, and the afternoon was
spent with wonderful fellowship
among the group.

Pre-teen ball March 9
The 2nd Annual Pre-Teen Ball is
scheduled for March 9, 1991 at 7
o'clock at the Woodward Gymnasi
urn on Fort Valley State College.
This is a three hour event for kids 8
to 12 years old.
The evening will begin with
Miss Janie Felton singing a song
dedicated to the children . Also
there will be a special guest speaker
to talk to the kids about how impor
