What is the Georgia Virtual
School program? The Georgia
Virtual School program offers
online courses for students
state-wide. Students can take
an entire course, directed by
a highly qualified instructor,
from any Internet-connected
computer, available 24 hours
a day seven days a week.

dents may take up to 1.0
Carnegie unit of courses as
part of their regular school
day. Peach County High
School is awarded a limited
number of FTE-funded seats
during the fall and spring
semesters. Although there is
no cost to the students, they
must have prior approval.
The Peach County High
School Department Chairs
have recommended the
following courses for the
2006-2007 Georgia Virtual
School Program. Latin I,
Contemporary Literature,
Mythology, World Literature,
SAT Preparation, AP
Art History, Astronomy,
Oceanography, Discrete
Math,Statistics,Anthropology,
