road near the residence of J. H. Frasier. The
total proposed length of said road being one

county of Paulding, one Gro
ver Atcheson committed mur
der upon the person of James
Foster, and escaped and is
now a fugitive from justice.
I have thought proper,
therefore, to issue this my
proclamation,'hereby offering
a reward of ONE HUNDRED
DOLLARS for the apprehen
sion and delivery of said Gro
ver Atchison, with evidence
sufficient to convict, to the
sheriff of Paulding county,
Georgia.
And I do moreover charge
and require all officers of this
state, civil and military, to he
vigilant in endeavoring to ap
prehend the said Grover
Atchison in order that hd may
be brought to trial for the
offense with which he stands
charged.
