Mrs. Ada Martin and child ren spent Saturday night and Sunday with her mother, Mrs. Hassie Vaughan. Mr. and Mrs. T. S. Bennett and Mr. Newton Satteffield and family spent Sunday at Mr. J. B. Fowler’s. Mises Odell and Zonie Bell Barnett visited their grand pa rents, Mr. and Mrs. Newton Strawn Sunday. Dewethan Pruitt spent Sun day with Everett and James Anglin. Mrs. Ada Anglin and Nettie Spearman visited Tom Hall and family Saturday night. Mrs. Othell Satterfield and daughter and Miss Mary Castle berry visited Mrs. R. Cheek Sat urday. Mr. Enoch Barnett and fam ily visited Mr. Will Barnett and family Friday night. Mr. Ed Rhodes and family are visiting relatives in Atlanta ROUTE 7. Well, as I haven’t seen any dots from this place will try to write a few. Mr. Jack Westbrook and fam ily visited Mr. E. A. Durham and family recently. Miss Geneva Westbrook vis ited Annie Nix Saturday night. Mrs. Zillie Hawkins of South Georgia is spending awhile at her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Jack Holbrook. Mr. Mathie Strickland and family spent Saturday night at Mr. Joe Webb’s near Union Hill Messrs Russell and Glen West brook and Miss Orpha Nix vis ited Mr. E. A. Durham and fam ily Sunday. Miss Eva Martin spent Sun day with Miss Sopha and Bell Nix. Mr. Albert Day and family spent Sunday with Mr. J. L. Nix Miss Winnie Day spent Sun day with Miss Mattie Day. Several from around here went to Camp Gordon Sunday. Blue Eyes. From Route 3. The second Sunday in Octo ber has come and gone, and l wonder how many went to the meeting and .served God.? Mr. Claude Viner visited at Mr. J. H.Stancils Sunday. Mrs. Emma Glover visited at Mrs. J. H. Stancil’s Saturday. Miss Flossie Green of route 6, spent Saturday night and Sunday with Mr. Sam Dinsmore and family. Mr. Elmer Stancil and sisters Linda and Mattie attended ser vices at Friendship Sunday and report a good time. Several from this part atten ded the singing at Sharon Sun day and report some fine sing ing and a good time. Mr. Sam Dinsmore spent Sun day v.ith relatives near Duck town. Mr. Sam Jones spent Satur day in Buford on business. We are glad to say that the little son of Mr. and Mrs. Sam Dinsmore is improving. Mr. White has come and you can see he has killed Mr. Green and autumn is here and leaves are turning brown and the days will be cold. ROUTE 6. Well, as I haven’t written any for sometime, I will try again. Mr. Raleigh Moulder and family spent Saturday night at Mr. S. A. Oravitt’s. Misses Lona and Cassie Gil bert spent Sunday night with Mrs. L. D. Anglin. Mr. Allen Anglin of near Bu ford spent Saturday night with Mr. W. H. Gilbert and family. Mrs. L. D. Anglin and son vis ited Mr. L. D. Gilbert and fam ily one night last week. Mrs. J. D. Green spent one af ternoon recently with Mrs. H. W. Terry. Mrs. S.A. Gravitt spent Sat urday afternoon with Mrs. L. D . Gilbert. Mrs. W. H. Gilbert spent Sun day with her mother, Mrs. An glin. Mr. Ambrose Gilbert spent Sunday night with Mr. Charlie Anglin. Mr. Chesty Anglin and family spent Saturday night and Sun day with Mr. J. H. Buice. Mrs. J. D. Green spent Satur day afternoon with Mrs. L.D. Anglin.
