Administrator’s Sale.. Georgia, Gwinnett County. By virtueof an order of the Court of Ordinary of said coun ty the undersigned will sell on the first Tuesday in November, 1917, before the court house door of said county at Law renceville, Ga., within the legal hours of sale to the highest bit! der, the following described real estate belonging to the es tate of J. West Srickland, col., deceased, to wit: Original land lot number 652 in the sec ond district and first section of Forsyth county, containing for y acres, more or less. Also a one-half interest (undivided)in and to the original lots Nos. (716) seven hundred and six teen, (653) six hundred and fif ty three, and (715) seven hun dred and fifteen, and that por tion of lot number (654) six hundred and fifty four describ ed as (23) twenty three acres of said lot No. 654 out of the south east part of said lot, all being 143 acres more or less, and all of said original lots be ing in the second distret and first secton of Forsyth County, Georgia. The other one half interest in said described lands belongs to N. M. Strickland, and by special agreement and power of attorney the whole tract will be offered for sale together and the purchaser will get the whole of the 143 acres. Terms of sale will be cash; or if the purchaser desires he may pay 25 per cent of his bid cash and make note for bal ance with good security due in 30 days at which time title will be made and delivered to him on payment of said note.
