McGee fill ed his appointment at Corinth, and preached a good sermon, and after the sermon a good singing in the evening and pray er meeting at night. As usual the committee has about got the money to purchase anew or gan for the church, and then we will have some good old J singings. Also the church is going to ceil their house soon, and ordain some deacons. It seems like old Corinth is about to get on her feet again. We in vite all our brethren and sisters in the community to come and take part with us in our church work. As the weather gets cold er let us get closer to our God. and He will shield and protect us from temptatons old sa tan is trying to decoy us off, I think our young men are look ing out for the tempter, and I believe they have the grace of God in their hearts to resist the old adversarv when he comes. We believe that we have some of as good young men in our community as there is any where. They prove themselv es, thev go to preaching, Sun day school and prayer meeting and behave like men. and that is a good sign. If you don’t be lieve theydo come and see even a little boys and girls are just as nice as they can be..
