gal hours of sale, the following
property, to wit: —
One eight horse power In
ternational gasoline engine and;
one 20 inch Meadows Grist mill j
Levied upon as the property of,
M. C. Rider, under and by vir-|
tue of a fifa issued by H. S.
Brooks, Clerk of the Superior
Couit of said county upon the
foreclosure of a mortgage a
gainst said property, made by
M. C. Rider to A. It. Dunlap.
Also at the same time and
place will be sold, a half inter
est in what is known as the C. L
Dougherty place in the seconu
district and first section in said
county, coni:‘rang IGO acres,
more or less, cor fisting of lots
cf land numbers 451, 486, IB 7
and 523 in said district and sec
tion. Levied upon as the prop
erty of Mary J. Dougherty un
der and by virtue of 12 fifas is
sued from the Justice Court of
the 879th district, G. M., in said
county, in favor of W. S. Daven
port against the said Mary J.
Dougherty. The debt upon
which said fifas are predicated
being secured by a deed from
the said Mary J. Dougherty to
W. S. Davenport on Oct. 12th,
1915. A deed having been
madeb y the said W. S. Daven
port reconvey ; ng the title to
said property to the said Mary
J. Dougherty in order that the
same might be levied upon and
sold as the property of said do
fendart, and the lien of said W
S. Davenport enforced against
the same under section 6037 t'f
the Code of this state.
Also at the same time and place

of land, to wit, that tract of
land in the second district and
first section in said county,
known as the C. L. Dougherty
place, containing 160 acies,
more or less, consisting of lots
of land numbers 451, 486, 457
and 523, the same being levied
upon as the property of V. W.
Dougherty, under and by virtue
of a fifa from the Superior Crt:
of said county in favor of the
Bank of Cumming against the
said V. W. Dougherty, the debt
upon which said fifa issued be
ing secured by a deed made bv
the said V. W. Dougherty to
the said Bank of Cumming on
the 26th day of January 1914,
which deed was taken subject
toa prior deed made by the said
V. W. Dougherty and Mary J.
Dougherty to W. S. Davenport,
dated Dec. 18th, 1905, the Bank
of Gumming having paid the
said W. S. Davenport on the
7th day of January, 1918. the
sum of $866.95, the amount of
principal and interest due upon
thp debt of said W. S. Daven
port secured by said deed and

property known as the A. M.
Hudson place and the lot sold
off from said hot 1 property,
and now owned by W. S. Daven
port, the property being al! of
said Shadburn hotel property,
except the tract sold oft as a
bove mentioned, and now held
by W. S. Davenport, 63 i'eet
wide fromeast to west and run
ning back north from said Can
ton street a distance of 137 feet.
Also the small barn on the
south side of Canton street, sit
uated between what is known
as the big barn and the Mrs M.
C. Jackson property,, fronting
29 1-2 feet on said Canton St.,
and running back south 78 ft.
