Said stock of goods being
cumberance and expensive to
remove will be delivered at
said store house. Any person
desiring to purchase the same
upon notice to the Sheriff will
have privilege of examining
and lookng through, and mak
ing a brief inventory thereof.

place what is known as the Elia
S. Harris home place, whereon
he now resides, containing one
huhdred acres, more or less,
and consisting of the east half

all of 1107 and 1108 in the third

erty of the said Elia S. Harris,
under and by virtue of two fifas
from the Superior Court of said
county against the said Elia S.

ferred and assigned to Bank of

made by the said Elia S. Harris
to L. Edmondson, and before
the levy thereon a deed was
made and executed by the said

Elia S. Harris, as the property
of said Elia S. Harris now in his
possession.

automobile, 1915 model, known
