By virtue of the authority of
the will of J. A. Wright deceas
ed, late of said county will be
sold at public outcry on the
First Tuesday in September
1919, at the Court house door
in said county between the le
gal hours of sale, all that tract
or parcel of land in said county
lying and being in the 3rd. Dis
trict and Ist Section said coun
ty and state containing in the
aggregate 105 acres, more or
less, described as follows: 30
acres more or less of land lot
No. 497 and 40 acres more or
less of land lot No. 49!) lying
South and West of Settendown
and Yellow creek; 10 acres
more or less off of the South
side of lot No. 439, and South
and West of Settendown and
Yellow creek, and being all the
lands of which J. A. Wright
died seized and possessed ex
cept the part heretofore set
apart as dower to Mrs. Rixie
Wright widow of said deceased
Said lands being the proper-
ty of the estate of J. A. Wright
deceased, and will be sold tor
the purpose of paying the
debts of said deceased and dis
tribution among heirs of said
deceased according to law.
Terms of sale cash but pur
chaser by paying 10 per cent of
his bid on day of sale may have
until Dec. 20th, 1919, to pay
the remainder, at which time
deeds will be given. Possession
will be given Jan Ist, 1920, all
crops for the present year be
ing reserved.

Said lands being the proper
ty of the estate of Arch Pruitt
deceased and will be sold for
the benefit of his creditors and
distribution among his heirs ac
cording to law.

Under and by virtue of the
authority conferred upon me by
the last will of W. P. Wingo, de
ceased late of said county, I will
offer for sale at public outcry
before the Court House door in
the town of Cumming, in said
county, within the legal hours
of sale on the first Tuesday in
September 1919, the real estate
belonging to said deceased,
known as his home place con
taining Eighty Six acres more
or less in the 3rd district and
Ist section in said county con
sisting of lots of land numbers
(1218) Twelve Hundred and
eighteen. (1219) Twelve Hun
dred and nineteen, and six
acres more or less on the north
side of (1230) twelve hundred
and thirty as follows: Start
ing where the branch runs out
of said lot on the East side, and
following said branch west up
to its source; thence up the hoi
low’ to the post oak on the sun
of the Cumming and Canton
road known as the six mile post
thence along this road to when
it leaves said lot at or near the
North west corner thereof.
This place has two good houses
and a barn on it,-—acres <Ji
woods and pasture, the balance
in good state of cultivation.
Sold for the purpose ot mak
ing distribution as provided b>
said will. The rents ot said
place for the present year are
reserved. Possession ot land
will be given as fast as the pres
ent years crops are gathered,
full possession of the buildings
give'n by January Ist, 1920.
Terms cash: But the pur
chaser by paying 15 per cent of
the amount of his bid on day of
sale can have until December
Ist, 1919 to pay balance and
take the, deed.

Court of Ordinary I will offer
for sale at public outcry before
the court house door in Cum
ming, in said county, to the
highest bidder, within the legal
hours of sale on the Ist Tues
day in September, 1919, the
land belonging to the estate of
John Cobb deceased late of
said county, known as his home
place, in the second district and
first section in said county, con
sisting of lot number thirty six,
containing forty acres, more or
less. There is a good three
room cottage nearly new and a
good barn on this place, and the
land is in good state of cultiva
tion. „ ,
Sold for the benefit of the
heirs and creditors of said de
ceased.
Terms: Cash, but the pur
chaser by paying 15 per cent
of his bid on day of sale can
have until December the Ist to
pay the balance and get the
deed to the property. The
rents of the place for the pres
ent year are reserved. Posess
ion of the cultivatable land will
be given as soon as the present
growing crops is gathered.
Possession of the buildings and
full possession of the place on
or by January Ist. 1920.
