said county containing one
hundred and twenty acres
more or less consisting of that
-part of lots numbers (224 and

twenty five lying south of a
line commencing at a rock
near an oak tree on the east
side of the Cumming and Bu
ford road on said lot 224 and
running west along a field
road by a rock near the north
end of the cotton seed house
on lot 225 and thence west to
a l'ock on the west line of said
lot. Two and one half acres
south-east corner and side of
lot (226) two hundred and
twenty six lying south of an
old hedge row. Thirty acres
