Because of default in the payment
of a loan secured by a deed to secure
debt executed by J. T. Samples to the
undersigned, The Federal Land Bank
of Columbia, dated the 29 day of May,
1923, and recorded in the office of
the Clerk of Superior Court of Forsyth
County, Georgia in Book 8 Page 9,
the undersigned has declared the full
amount of the loan, with interest, and,
advances made by the undersigned,'
due and payable and will on the 13th
day of March 1934, acting under the
power of sale contained in said deed,]
during the legal hours of sale, at the
Court House in said County sell at
auction to the highest bidder for cash
the lands described in said deed to

All that certain piece, parcel or tract
ot land, containiig sixty-five and one
quarter (65 1-4) acres more or less,
lying and being in Big Creek (795th)
Militia District, Forsyth County, Ca.,
consisting of whole lot of land No.
Five Hundred Sixty-Three (563) West
orn Half of lot number Five Hundred
Sixty-Four (564) and Five and one
quarter (5 1-4) acres, in the South
west corner of lot of land number
Fife Hundred Seventeen, having such
shapes, metes courses and distances
as will more fully appear from refer
ence to plat, made by Arnold Williams
January 29th, 1923, attached to ab-
stract on file with The Federal Land
Bank of Columbia, S .C., and being
bounded on the North by lands of A.
U. Gilbert and H. W. Terry, on the
East by lands of Mrs. Rebecca Green,
on South by lands of T. F. Orr and
on West by lands of W. L. Hulsey.
Said lands being in the Second Dis
trict and First Section of Forsyth
County, Georgia.
The undersigned will execute a deed
to the purchaser as authorized by the
deed aforesaid.

Mr. and Mrs. W. A. Martin visited
relatives at Smyrna last Friday, they
reported that Mrs. Emery Chadwick
was very low, we was sorry to learn.
Mr. and Mrs. Clark Martin and Miss
Vivian Martin were bedtime visitors
with Mr. T. W. Rogers and family
Tuesday night.
Mrs. Susie Martin visited Mrs. Pau
line Odum one day last week.
Mr. R. L. Martin had as their dinner
guest last Sunday week Miss Shirley
Martin. Mr. and Mrs. Bill Land and
Mr. and Mrs Earl Montgomery.
Miss Flora Rogers was the guest
of Miss Allene Dodd Friday p. m.
Mrs. Bertha Kirby visited Mrs. Sal
lie Reid one afternoon recently.
