ing property, to-wit:
All that certain lot, tract or parcel
of land detaining 222 acres, more or
less, locittitd, lying and being in
Vickery (880th G. M.) 2nd District
and Ist Section, Forsyth County,
Georgia, -now known as the Noah
L. Pirkle place, and consisting of a
strip 30 rods wide extending across
the South side of Lot No. Two hun
dred and-Sixty Three (203), contain
ing 15 acres, more or less, the divid-
ing line- on the North being plainly
marked by a ditch; 23 acres, more
or less, .of Lot No, Two Hundred and
Sixty-Four- (261), consisting of a strip
30 rods, wide extending across the
South side of said lot, the line cut
ting off this strip marked by blazed
trees, and that part across the East
•side of t{ie balance of said lot lying
Mast of the old creek run; all of
Lot No! Two Hundred and Sixty-
Five (265); the West half of Lot
No. Three Hundred and Fifteen
(315); all of Lots Numbers Three
Hundred" and Fourteen (314), Three
Hundred and Thirty-Four (334) and
Three Hundred and Thirty-Five (335)

Thirty-Six (336), and being all of

Roper, also William Tallant; South
by lands of S. H. Allen; West by
lands- of S. H. Allen, E. L. Brannon
and William Tallant. The lands here
in conveyed being the same lands
conveyed to T. J. Pirkle by warranty
deed from Mrs. M. C. Pirkle, W. L.
Pirkle and Estella P. Suddeth. which
deed is dated December 22nd, 1921,
and recorded in Deed Book 8, Page
r.fl!), records Forsyth County, Georgia.
The property above described is
that Conveyed by and described in
the deed to secure debt aforesaid,

pursuant to the provisions of said
deed and said property will be sold
to ttie highest bidder for cash, de
fault having been made in the pay
ment of installments of principal and
interest which became due under the
provisions of said deed on the first
day of November, 1938, the first days
or May and November, 1939 and the
first days of May and November,
1910, and the entire debt so secured
having become due by reason of said
defaults.
There will be due on the date of

mins, Forsyth County, on the first
Tuesday in May, 1941, within the leg
al hours of sale all of the following
described real estate, to wit. A one
half undivided interest in
Ail that Tract or Parcel of land
lying and being in the Third district
and First section of Cherokee. County
Georgia, and being the east half of
lot of land number 1152 and also 2a
acres, more or less, of lot of land
number 1T53 in Forsyth County, Geor
gla, Said last mentioned Tract de
scribed as beginning at the original
line on the Alpharetta anil Atlanta
Public Road and running thence
southeast along said public road to a
conditional line of Gordon hummus,
this tract being all of said lot lying
west of said public road. Said Tract
containing in the aggregate 45 acres,
more or less.
The property above described is
that conveyed by and described in
the deed to secure (1 bt aforesaid.
Said sale will be made under and
pursuant to the provisions of said
deed and said property will be sold
to the highest bidder for cash, de
fault having been made in the pay
ment of the principal and interest
which became due under the provi
sions of said deed on the 21st day of
September 1939 and the entire debt
so secured having become due by
j reason of said default.
There will be due on the date of
sale the -sum of $206.00 principal be
sides accrued interest of $25 96, mak
i ing a total of $225.95,
The undersigned will make deed to
purchaser as provided for in said
deed to secure the debt above dascrib
oil, and after payment of the above
described, and after payment of the
above sums, the remainder, if any,
will be paid to Mrs. Evie Heavers or
her representative.
