Juniors Entertain
Seniors With Prom
Friday nignt was the night of one
mofle gala ocqasion. The Juniors,
royally entertained the Seniors with
a prom in Mrs. Roy P. Otwell’s rock
garden. The garden was lovely at
night and the stars seemed to shine
especially bright for the occasion.
Instead ofhavlng a class night this
year, the class will, forecast, auction,
and history were read by the Juniors
at the beginning of the prom. Bomo
of the stories were quite terrific, and
the Siniors had a hard time -eturning
to normal color. After the program
Mr. Harris was presented with a love
ly brief case from the Juniors.
From then on the night was filled
: with prommlng. Later ice-cream, cake
I and punch helped satisfy the hunger
that arose from all the walking. The
• Seniors really had a wonderful time
and they were heard to say, “It’s the
best party given yet in C. H. S's
history."
Honor Students from the senior
class averaging 89 and above for the
I past two years at Cumming High Ity.
