lying and being in the Cityof Cum
ming, Forsyth County, Georgia,
known formerly as the Frank Wil
liams place, later as the Perry
Blackstock place, where Mrs. Ada
C. Blackstock lived at the time of
her death, containing in all 4 acres,
more or less, bounded on the North
by R. W. Echols lands, East by Old
Buford Road, South by Eddie C.
Brackett lands, West by Eddie C.
Brackett and R. W. Echols lands,
and being all of the lands owned by
Mrs. Ada C. Blackstock at the time
of her death. This is part of land
set forth in deed from W. P. Black
stock to Mrs. Ada C. Blackstock,
dated July 27,1938, recorded in Deed
Book 16, page 235, Clerk’s Office,
Forsyth Superior Court.
The terms of said sale will be cash

The local SCS technicians are
working as fast as possible in check
ing AGP practices for suitability of
establishing on land that fit the spec
ific practice in order that the farm
er may enter in the Federal-cost
share for ACP payments.
Terraces are now being improved
by farmers getting ready for row
cropping.
The seeding of the bar pit areas
around the flood prevention dams
has been in progress during the past
week.
Many farmers in south Georgia
have Coastal Bermuda Stolons for
sale. Farmers in Forsyth County
that are in need of the stolons could
obtain their needs from some of the
south Georgia farmers. Addresses
of some of these farmers may be ob
tained from tthe local SCS head
quarters.
Louie Harris in the Frogtown
community is making plans to clear
approximately forty acres of wet
bottom land this summer. Mr. Har
ris will clear several acres of up
land for pasture this spring.
