been filed in my office, all persons
concerned are cited to show cause
by the 4th day of May, 1954, why
said application for twelve months’
support should not be granted.

discharge this is to cite all persons
concerned, kindred and creditors, to
show cause if any they can, against
the granting of this discharge at the
regular term of Court of Ordinary
of said County to be held on the first
Monday in May, 1954.

The undersigned, as Executors of
the Will of H. H. Gilstrap, deceased,
late of Forsyth County, Georgia, in
pursuance of the power contained in
said Will of H. H. Gilstrap, probated
in the Court of Ordinary of Forsyth
County, Georgia, will sell at public
outcry, before the Court House Door
in Forsyth County, between the leg
al hours of sale, on the First Tues
day in May 1954, to the highest and
best bidder for cash, the following
described lands:
“All that tract or parcel of land
lying and being in Forsyth County,
State of Georgia, and described as
follows:
All of lot No. 1215, containing 30
acres; all of lot No. 1216, containing
38.72 acres; all of lot No. 1217 con
taining 30.09 acres; 6.84 acres in the
northeast comen of lot No. 1217; all
lot No. 1272, containing 32.12 acres;
16.64 acres of the Western part of
lot No. 1273, all of the above describ
ed land lying and being in the Se
cond District and First Section of
said County; also all of lot No. 468,
containing 41.20 acres; all of lot No.
488, containing 38.55 acres; all of
lot No. 469, containing 40.88 acres;
all of lot No. 487 containing 41.24
acres, said land lying and being in
the First District and First Section
of Forsyth County, said State, ex
cepting herefrom that parcel of
three acres, more or less, sold off to
Henry Gilstrap and Bright Gilstrap
by H. H. Gilstrap during his life
time, out of lot of land No. 488, de
scribed in Deed dated December 19,
1947, and recorded in Deed Book 23,
page 67, Clerks Office, Forsyth Sup
erior Court, the said parcel or strip
of land lying East of the Public
Road and West ‘of the Creek or
Branch running through said lot,
and bounded on South by original
line of'said lot 488. The lands above
described are in one body and are
fully described and delineated in
plat of J. M. Dodd, Surveyor, Janu
ary 20, 1926. The above described
lands contain in the aggregate 313.28
acres.

By virtue of an order from the
Court of Ordinary dated April 5,
1954, there will be sold at public
outcry on the First Tuesday in May
1954, on the premises, pursuant to
said order, to the highest and best
bidder for cash, and within the legal
hours of sale, the following describ
ed land, to-wit:
“All that tract or parcel of land
lying and being in the City of Gum
ming, Forsyth County, Georgia, and
being part of lot of land No. Ten
(10) in the Second district and First
section of Forsyth County, Georgia,
and being described as follows:
Beginning at an iron stake 15 feet
South of the dwelling house recent
ly vacated by Chelsie Green and
formerly occupied by Mack Tallant,
and known as the R. P. Crawford
Old Home Place: thence North to
the W. P. Blackstock line: thence
West with said Blackstock line to
the Public Road; thence South along
the public road to the point of begin
ning, this being the same property
as contained in deed from Mrs.
Orene Merritt to W. W. Benson, dat
ed October 25, 1948, recorded in
Deed Book 23, page 369, Clerk’s Of
fice, Forsyth Superior Qourt, this
being where W. W. Benson and
Mrs. Alice Benson lived until their
respective deaths, and being all the
land owned by said parties at their
respective deaths, the said Mrs.
Alice Benson being the sole heir of
W. W. Benson at time of his death,
and accordingly, and as his widow,
having become vested with title to
above described lands.”
Also at said time and place, the
household and other personal prop
erty of said Mrs. Alice Benson will
be sold.
