between the legal hours of sale on
the Ist Tuesday in September 1954
as the Real Property of the estate
of John T. and Angie Barron the
following described real Estate.
All that tract or parcel of land
lying and being in Forsyth County,
Georgia in the 14th Land District
and Ist Section of the aforemention
ed State and County and being a
part of Lot of Land No. 1320 and
more fully described as follows:
Beginning at a rock comer ad
jacent to Cumming and Gainesville
paved Highway said Rock corner
being situated on the line
of Levi Barron and running thence
in an Easternly direction along the
line of Levi Barron about 695' feet
to a rock corner; thence in a South
erly Direction about 1300 feet to a
rock corner; thence in a Westerly
direction to a rock corner on said
Public Highway; thence in a North
westernly direction along said Cum
ming—Gainesville Highway to be
ginning point.
Said above described land con
tains 10 acres, more or less.
