the only V-8 in the low-price field.
Ford’s new Y-block V-8 has new deep-block construction,
short-stroke, low-friction design. Pistons travel less distance,
engine life is longer. You get extra “Go,” and smoother run
ning, hushed as a gentle breeze. Your first thrill of the Y-block
V-B’s one-hundred-and-thirty eager horses is an experience
you’ll never forget!
And Ford’s new 115-h.p. 1-block Six costs even less.
Here, too, Ford offers you “years-ahead” deep-block construc

extra “Go,” and miles of extra engine life.
