FOR RENT—Farm with 45 acres
in cultivation near Silver City on
highway—See J. W. Stripland
Agronomists say that, when cer
tain practices in culture and man
agement are followed, grazing is
possible through a great part of
fall, winter, and spring.
Oats, seeded at the rate of two
bushels per acre, make a good dual
purpose crop because they can be
grazed and harvested later for
grain.
The importance of using certi
fied seed is clearly shown by the
fact that there may be as high as
300 noxious weed seed per pound
in common-run field seed.
OFFERING NOT SELLING.
For several years I was the assist
ant purchasing agent for an At
lanta industry and during that time
I developed a terrific sales resist
ance. Perhaps that accounts for my
resentment at the implication that
I “sell” hospital insurance. I do
not ever try to "sell” anything to
anybody. MUTUAL OF OMAHA
offers the best protection I know
about for hospital and medical ser
vice and I deem it a privilege to
be able to help my friends take
advantage of a plan which can be
worked out to suit each individual
need. If you have not already pro
vided yourself and your family with
a MUTUAL OF OMAHA policy,
wont you come in NOW and talk
it over? Remember, MUTUAL is
the reliable Company that SENDS
THE CHECKS. You might need
one—soon!
