I as administrator of the estate
of William C. Pearson, and pur
suant to an order granted by the
Court of Ordinary of Forsyth
County, Georgia on October 4, 1954
will sell before the Court House
Door in Cumming, Georgia on the
first Tuesday in November 1954|
and between the legal hours of sale
to the highest and best bidder, as
the property of William C. Pear
-son Estate the following real es
tate:
All that track or parcel of land
lying and being in the Third Dis
trict and First Section of Forsyth
County Georgia, and being the
North half of lot number 1075 and
the south half of lot number 1014
and 14 acres, more or less of lot
number 1015. The 14 acres being
that part of lot number 1015 lying
west of the Post Road. All of said
lands contain 57.65 acres more or
less.
About one-half of said land are
now growing young pine trees, and
about 10 acres are in permanent
pasture and the rest is in cultivat
ion.
There are no buildings on this
land. Terms of sale: CASH.

County, granted upon the applicat
ion of Ira T. Hands, as adminis
tor of the estate of W. P. H,arrris,
deceased, late of said County, to
sell the lands of the said W. P.
Harris, deceased, for the purpose
of paying debts and distribution,
there will be sold before the Court
House Door, at public outcry, to
the highest bidder, in the city of
Cumming, Georgia, between the
legal hours of sale, on the first
Tuesday in November 1954, as the
property of the said deceased, the
following described lands, towit;
Lots of land Nos. 51, 54, 94, anid a
part of lot No. 93 in the third Dis
trict and First Section of Forsyth
County, Georgia and containing
145 acres, more or less.
There is a good crop of small
pine trees now growing on said
land and there are approximately
30 thousand feet of saw timber on
said land. There are a 6 room
frame dwelling and one chicken
house on said land. A soiled road
runs through said land and it is
only 2 1-2 miles to the paved high
way at Silver City, Georgia. Terms
of sale: CASH.

FORSYTH COUNTY
Notice is hereby given that on
the 2nd day of November 1954, an
election will be held in Forsyth
County, at which will be submitted
to the qualified voters of said
County, for their determiniation,
the question whether the indebted
ness shall be Incurred by said
County, in the aggregate amount
of $35,000.00, for erection of Coun
ty Office buildings, said indebted
ness to be evidenced by notes ser
ially number 1 to 5 in the principal
amount of $7,000.00, each and to
bear interest at 3 1-2 per cent per
annum, with $7,000.00, principal
and the accrued interest on all out
standing and unpaid notes to be
paid on the 2nd day of December
of each year, beginning with the
2nd day of December 1955. and
ending on the 2nd of
1959, when the entire amounts
shall be fully paid.
Polls will be open at 7:00 O’clock
A. M. and Close at 6:00 P. M. at
each and all voting precincts in
said County, on the day fixed for
said election, to-wit: The 2nd day
of November 1954.
Those desiring to vote in favor
of incurring said indebtedness will
do so by casting ballots, having
written or printed thereone the
words “For Building Notes”; those
desiring to vote against indebted
ness will do so by casting ballots
having written or printed thereon
the words “Against Builuing
Notes”.
