CITY OF CUM MING, Number 2776 in Forsyth Superior Court, the same being a proceeding to confirm and validate an issue of Water and Sewerage Revenue Anticipation Certificates in the principal amount of $125,000 Issued by the City of Cumming for the purpose of redeeming and acquiring outstanding water re venue certificates of said City, and to pay the cost, in whole or in part, of adding to, extending, im proving and equipping the City’s water and sewerage system, and any citizen of the State of Georgia residing in said City, or any other person wherever residing who has a right to object, may intervene and become a party to these pro ceedings.
