THIRD The principal office of said cor poration shall be in Forsyth Coun ty, Georgia, with the privilege of establishing branch offices else where, either within or without the State of Georgia. FOURTH The authorized capital stock of said corporation shall consist of a minimum of 1,000 shares of com mon stock with a par value of SI.OO per share, with the right to increase the capital from time to time by the majority vote of the stock then outstanding up to 10,000 shares.
