Howell Brooke, Judge of said
Court.
. The petition of Mark Heard, Jr.,
Ruth Heard, and M. C. Heard, Sr.,
as petitioners, show to the Court
the following:

desire for themselves,
their associates and successors, to
be incorporated under the name of
HEARD HATCHERY, INC.,

All of your petitioner’s are resi
dents of Forsyth County, Georgia,
and all of their Post Office ad
dresses are Cumming, Georgia.
The purpose and object of said
corporation is pecuniary gain and
profit to its shareholders. The gen
eral nature of said business to be
transacted is, and corporate powers
desired are, buying, selling, and
producing eggs, buying, hatching
and selling baby chicks, the buying,
growing and selling of all types of
poultry, buying and selling and
dealing in any and all types of
poultry feed, poultry supplies, poul
try medicines, poultry equipment,
and the doing of any and all other
things related to or convenient for
the general conduct of a hatchery,
feed and poultry business.
Petitioners desire the right to ac
quire, own, lease, manage, sell,
mortgage and convey any and all
types of real and personal property
incident to the conduct of said busi
ness. Petitioners also, desire to
have all rights and powers, and
enjoy all the privileges, enumerat
ed and provided in Chapter 22-18,
of the Code of Georgia Annotated,
known as the Corporation Act of
1938, as originally enacted, and as
the same may, from time to time,
be amended, and to such other
rights, powers and privileges grant
ed and hereafter granted under the
laws of Georgia for similiar cor
porations.
The time for which said corpor
ation is to have existence is 35
years, with the right of extension
and amendment, as now, or may
hereafter be, provided by law.
The amount of the Capital with
which the corporation will begin
business shall be $10,000.00, all of
which shall be paid in, in either
cash or property, or a combination
of the two, prior to the commence
ment of business.

The maximum number of shares
of stock of said corporation shall
be 100, of the par value of SIOO.OO
each, and there shall be no stock
without par value.
The principal office of the cor
poration will be located in Forsyth
County, Georgia, with the right to
provide and establish such other
offices and places of businesses
that may be necessary for the con
duct of its business.

Petitioners show that the name
HEARD HATCHERY, INC., is not
the name of any other Corporation
registered in the Office of the Se
cretary of State, of the State of
Georgia.
WHEREFORE, Applicants pray
to be incorporated under the name
and style aforesaid, with all the
rights and privileges herein set out
and such additional powers and
privileges as may be necessary,
proper or incident to the conduct
of the business for which appli
cants are asking incorporation, and
as may be allowed like corpor
ations under the laws of Georgia
as they now or may hereafter
exist.

ERY, INC., read and considered. It
appearing that said petition is with
it) the purview and intention of the
laws applicable thereto, and that
all of said laws have been fully
complied with, including the pre
sentation of a certificate from the
Secretary of State as required by
22—1803 of the Code of Georgia
Annotated;
It is hereby ordered, adjudged
and decreed that all the prayers of
said petition are granted and said
applicants and their associates, suc
cessors and assigns are hereby in
corporated and made a body politic
under the name and style of
HEARD HATCHERY, INC., for
and during the period of 35 years,
with the privilege of renewal at
the expiration of that time accord-
ing to the laws of Georgia, and
that said corporation is hereby
granted and vested with all the
rights and privileges mentioned in
said petition.
