The undersigned, Mrs. Carrie
Jackson, As Administratrix of the
Estate of H. S. Jackson, deceased,
late of said County, by virtue of
order of the Court of Ordinary of
Said County, rendered on January
1, 1956, will sell the following de
scribed land of said deceased’s es
tate, on the Premises in Forsyth
County, Georgia, between the legal
hour; of sale, on the Ist Tuesday
in February 1956, to the highest
and best bidder for cash:
“A one half undivided interest in
and to all that tract or parcel of
land lying and being in the 2nd
district and Ist section of Forsyth
Cotint y, Georgia, and being four
acres, more or less, of land as
fully described in deed to 11. S. &
Mrs H. S. (Carrie) Jackson, as re
corded In Deed Book 25, page 465,
Clerk’s Office, Forsyth Superior
Court, being all of the land owned
by the said H. S. Jackson at time
of his death, and being where the
said H. S. Jackson lived at the
time of his death, Mrs. Carrie
Jackson, widow of the said H. S.
Jackson owning the other one half
interest in said land.”
