GEORGIA, FORSYTH COUNTY.
TO THE SUPERIOR COURT OF
SAID COUNTY:
The petition of MARK HEARD.
JR., A. C. SMITH, JR., and JAMES
A. OTWELL, JR-. whose nddress is
Gumming, Georgia, hereinafter re
ferred to as petitioners, respectfully
shows:

desire for themselves,
their associates and successors, to
he incorporated under the rame
and style of: “LAKE I. ANILE DE
VEI.OPMENT CORP."

The object of said corporation is
pecuniary gain and profit to its
stockholders, whose principal office
shall be in Forsyth County, Geor
gia, with the privilege of establish
ing offices eb-ewhere.
The general nature of the busi
ness of the corporation shall be to
own. buy, sell, acquire, exchange,
lease, promote, develop, subdivide
and improve all kinds of real es
tate, to construct, or cause to be
constructed, all kinds of houses and
buildings, to engage in the develop
ment of real estate In all its phases

There will Ik* outstanding only
common stock of par value of
SIOO 00 per share, which shall have
all voting rights but no preemp
tive rights. The amount of com
mon stock outstanding shall not be
less tfian $20,000.00, but shall not
exceed $100,000.00. The stock
holders may, without charter
amendment, by a two-thirds maj
ority vote at any meeting of the
stockholders duly called for such
purposes increase or decrease the
number of outstanding shares of
stock between the limits herein
specified.

either by cash or property with a
fair market value of that amount.

existence for a period of thirty
five (351 years, with the privilege
of renewal.

Petitioners desire that By-laws
of the corporation be adopted,
which By-laws shall provide for the
officers of the corporation, the
manner of their selection, and such
other rules appropriate to By-laws
which have for their purpose the
control and management of the
corporation, including provisions
whereby the By-laws may be amend
od.

Your petitioners exhibit a certi
ficate of the Secretary of the State
of Georgia, as required by Sections
221803. Code of Georgia, 1933, as
amended.
WHEREFORE, petitioners pray
to Ik* incorporated under the name
and style Of "LAKE LANIER DE
VELOPMENT CORP." aforesaid,
with all the rights, powers and
privileges and immunities herein
set forth and such additional rights,
powers and privileges as may be in
herent in or allowed to like cor
porations under the laws of the
State of Georgia as they now exist
or may hereafter exist.

1. Remove spark plugs, clean and regap plugs
2. Check engine compression
3. Tighten intake maifold and cylinder head
nuts, using a torque wrench
4. Check the battery
5. Check generator for proper output
6. Remove distributor, replace points. Reset on
Electrical Stroboscope
7. Remove carburetor, clean and adjust float
8. Remove fuel pump, clean
9. Clean oil bath air cleaner. Replace oil to the
proper level
10. Install distributor, carburetor and fuel pump
Check fuel pump vacuum draw and output
pressure
11. Install spark plugs
12. Start engine and adjust carburetor using a
vacuum gage
13. Focus headlight
14. Road test car
