County, Georgia at the December
Term, December 3, 1956, I. as ad
ministrator of the Estate of Isa
bell Heard Wofford, deceased, will

First Tuesday in May 1957, as the
property belonging to the estate of
said deceased the following describ
ed lands to-wit:
All that tract or parcel of land
lying and being in the Third Dis
trict and First Section and Four
teenth District and First Section

and First Section and part of lot

District and First Section and more
fully described as follows:

Thousand capacity and One Barn
together with other out-buildings.

on the First Tuesday in May 1957
before the Court House Door in
Cumming, Georgia, between the
legal hours of sale, to the highest
and best bidder and for CASH, the
following described lands located in
Forsyth County as the property of
the Estate of George r E. Holbrook
deceased; All that tract or parcel
of land lying and being in the
Third District and First Section of
Forsyth County, Georgia and con
sisting of all of Lot No. 1247 (ex
cept 3 acres, more or less, lying on
the East side of said Lot.)
Also 15 acres, more or less of
Lot No. 1274, being on the North
side of said Lot and being on the
North and South side of Kelly
Mill Creek.
Also 3 acres, more or less, of
Lot No. 1275 whereon the Andrew
J. Kelly Old Home Place is located.
Also 3 acres, more or less, of
Lot of Land No. 15, being on the
North side of said lot and being in
the Second District and First Sec
tion of Forsyth County, Georgia.
The above described lands contain
58 acres, more or less.
