a certain security deed to the fol

It is understood and agreed that
the Gwinnett Federal Savings and
Loan Association, holds first lien
of SISOO 00 on said above described
property in Forsyth County. Geor
gia to secure a note of even date
therewith for $1200.00, all as shown
hy a security deed recorded in the
office of the Clerk of the Superior
Court of Forsyth Countv, Georgia
in Deed Book 34, page 374: and
Whereas said note has become
in default as to principal and in
terest, and the said D. E. Pruitt
and Paul Thompson elect that the
entire note, principal and interest,
become due at once.
