The ; etition cf FORSYTH COUN
TY LOAN COMPANY, hereinafter
; called the applicant, shows the
following facts:
1. The principal office of said
'corporation is located in said coutr
ty, and said corporation was incor
porated under the "Corporation
: Act of 1938” on August 26, 1955.
2. This petition is brought to
amend the charter of said corooi
ation in the particulars hereinafter
set out, this oronosed amendment
having been favorably voted for
and consented to by the required
number and classes of stockholders
at a special meeting of the stock
holders called for the purpose as
shown by the certificate of the
secretary of said corporation at
tached hereto as “Exhibit A” and
made a part hereof.
3. It is sought to amend the
charter by changing the name of
said corporation from Forsvth
County Loan Company to FRANK
LIN DISCOUNT COMPANY OF
CUMMING.
WHEREFORE petitioner prays
that the charter of said corpora
tion be amended as hereinabove
set out upon a due compliance
with the law in such cases made
and provided.

and considered. It appearing that
said petition is made in accordance
with Chapter 22—18 of the Georgia
Code, and that the requirements of
law in such cases provided have
been fully complied with:
It is hereby ordered, adjudged,
and decreed that all of the prayers
of said petition be and they are
hereby granted and the charter
of the petitioner is hereby amended
in all of the particulars set out in
said petition.

President Eisenhower has taken
his appeal for the foreign aid pro
gram to business men.
Using familiar arguments, the
President urged the members of
the United States Chamber of Com
merce to “work tirelessly for a |
betttr natio nalawareness of the

make both in our own interests and
in those of humanity.”
