UNDER POWER
GEORGIA, FORSYTH COUNTY.
By virtue of power of sale in
deed to secure debt, dated March 9,
1959, executed and delivered by
Harold E. Nelson and Robert Wood
to George W. Pirkle, and note of
even date for Thirty Five Hundred
Dollaie, with interest from date
at six per cent per annum, due
November 7th 1959, and grantors
having defaulted in the payment
of principal and interest, George
W. Pirkle, as attorney in fact for
Harold E. Nelson and Robert Wood
will on the first Tuesday in April.
1960, between the legal hours of
sale, before the Courthouse door
in Cumming, said State and County
sell to the highest and best bidder
for cash, the following described
property, to-wit:
All that tract or parcel of land
lying and being in the 3rd District
and First section of Forsyth Coun
ty, Georgia, and being part of land
lot number 1059, more fully de
scribed as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest cor
ner of land lot 1059 and running
thence North along the West line
of Lot 1059 370 feet to a stake,
thence North 14 degrees East 204
ft. to a stake on the right of way
of Ga. Highway No. 20, thence
along the r|w of South side of
Highway No. 20 530 ft. to a stake
corner on South side of said High
way: said corner being 150 ft.
South of an Iron pin, which is 50
ft. ..orth of said Highway, thence
South 8 degrees 45 minutes West
521 ft. to a point on the South
line of said land lot to a stake
corner; thence West along the
South line of said land lot 531 ft.
to the Southwest corner of said
land lot and point of beginning.
Also, that tract or parcel of land
abutting Ga. Highway 20. and lying
North of the above described pro
perty. described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the
North side of Ga. Highwav No. 20
riw a distance of 100 ft. from the
Northwest corner of the above
described tract, running thence
South 87 degrees East 530 ft. to
an iron pin corner; the center of an
old field road: thence South 8
degrees 45 minutes West 50 ft. to
No*dh side of Ga. Highwav No. 20.

the legal hours of sale on April 5,
1960, before the courthouse door
in said County, at public outcry, to
the highest bidder for cash, the
following property:
All that tract or parcel of land
lying and being in Land Lot 1248,
3rd District Ist Section, Forsyth
County, Georgia and being more
fully described as follows. BEGIN
NING at the Northeast t corner of
land owned by Mr. Caush and ex
tending in an Easterly direction
along Talbart Street, a distance of
210 feet to a point; thence in a
Southerly direction 210 feet to a
ppint; thence in a Westerly direct
ion 210 feet; thence in a Northerly
direction along the Eastern Bound
ry line back to the point of be
ginning.
Default occurred in the monthly
installments due November 5, and
December 5, 1959, January 5. Feb
ruary 5, and March 5, 1960. There
upon the entire debt was declared
due and payable and the power of
sale contained in said deed became
operative.
Sale will be held, deed made and
proceeds thereof distributed in
strict compliance with the terms
of said deed.
