The petition of George R. Bag
ley. Margaret G. Bagley and Her
man L. Hamby, herein referred to
as petitioners, bring this, their
petition for a charter and show:

Georgia; Herman L. Hamby, Rt.
No. 3, Cumming. Forsyth County,
Georgia.
Petitioners desire for themselves,
their associates and successors to
be incorporated under the name of
GEORGE BAGLEY MILLING CO.

The purpose and object of said
corporation is pecuniary gain and
profit to its shareholders. The gen
eral nature of said business to be
transacted is, and the corporate
powers desired are, the buying,
selling and handling of grain, con
centrates and other ingredients
for feed; the mixing, manufactur
ing- selling and transporting of
feed for poultry and animal con
sumption; the buying and selling
of baby chicks, poultry, poultry
supplies., equipment and medicines,
the growing, feeding and handling
of all types of poultry, and live
stock. and generally the doing of
any and all other things related to,
or convenient for, the general con
duct of a feed mill, poultry, live
stock and feed business.
Petitioners desire the right to
purchase, own, lease, manage, sell,
mortgage and convey any and all
types of real and personal property
whether or not incident to conduct
of said business. Petitioners also
desire to have all rights and powers
and enjoy all the privileges and
immunities enumerated and provid
ed in Chapter 2218 of the Code of
Georgia Annotated, known as the
Corporation Act of 1938, as ori
ginally enacted, and as the same
may have heretofore been, and as
may hereafter from* time to time
be, amended, and to such other
rights, powers and privileges here
tofore granted and hereafter grant
ed under the laws of Georgia for
similar corporations.

years, with the right of extension
and amendment, as now, or may
hereafter be, provided by law.

The amount of capital with which
the corporation will begin business
shall be $1,000.00 all of which shall
be paid in, either in cash or proper 1
ty, or a combination of the two,
prior to the commencement of
business.

The maximum number of shares
-of stock of said corporation shall
be 500, of the par value of SIOO.OO
each, and there shall be no stock
without par value.

of business of corporation will be
located in Forsyth County, Geor
gia, but petitioners desire the right
to provide and establish such other
offices and places of business that
•may be necessary for the conduct
of said business.
Petitioners exhibit herewith a
-certificate from the Secretary of
State, showing that the name

is not the name of any other cor
poration registered in the Office
•of the Secretary of State, of the
State of Georgia.
WHEREFORE, applicants pray
-to be incorporated under the name
and style aforesaid, with all the
rights and privileges herein set out
and such additional powers and
privileges as may be necessary,
proper or incident to the conduct
•of the business for which appli
cants are asking incorporation, and
as may be allowed like corpora
tions under the laws of Georgia
as they now or may hereafter
exist.

ge R. Bagley, Margaret G. Bagley
and Herman L. Hamby, to be in
corporated under the name of
GEORGE BAGLEY MILLING CO.
read and considered. It appearing
that said petition Is within the
purview and Intention of the
laws applicable thereto, and that
all of said laws have been fully
complied with, including the pre
sentation of a certificate from
the Secretary of State as requir
ed by 22-1803 of the Code of
Georgia Annotated;
It is hereby ordered, adjudged
and decreed that all the prayers
of said petition are granted and
said applicants and their associ
ates, successors and assigns are
hereby incorporated and made a
body politic under the name and
style of GEORGE BAGLEY MILL
ING CO., for and during the period
of 35 years, with the privilege of
renewal at the expiration of that
time according to the laws of
Georgia, and that said corpora
tion is hereby granted and vested
with all the rights and privileges
mentioned in said petition.

and First Section of Forsyth Coun
ty, Georgia and being all of Land
Lot No. 1141 containing 40 acres,
more or less, and all of Land Lot
1148, except the 2 1-2 acres in the
Northwest corner of said Land Lot
No. 1148 assigned to Mrs. R. G.
Buice as dower out of the estate
of R. G. Buice, the said remaining
parcel containing 37 1-2 acres, more
or less, the entire tract containing
in all 77 1-2 acres, more or less.”

cause before the Court of Ordinary
of Forsyth County, Georgia, on the
2nd day of October, 1961 at 10:00
o’clock A. M. w'hy said application
should not be allowed.
