(Jounty. They are chosen from the ranks of the Flash of Crimson, and all practices and per
formances are over and above regular Band work.

Ordinance Regarding Mobile Home Parks
It shall be unlawful for any
person to construct, maintain
or operate any mobile home
park within the limits of Cum
ming or Forsyth County unless
he holds a valid permit issued
annually by the helath officer
in the name of such person
for the specific mobile home
park. All applications for
permits shall be made to the
health officer, who shall issue
a permit upon compliance by
the applicant with provisions
of this Ordinance and of any
other applicable legal require
ments.
No person shall construct,
maintain, alter, or operate a
mobile home park in Cumming,
unless the plans and specifi
cations for such work have been
submitted and approved by the
planning commission and health
officer.
Every person holding a per
mit shall give notice in writing
to the health officer within 24
hours after having sold, tran
sferred, given away, or other
wise disposed of, interest in or
control of any mobile home
park. Such notice shall include
the name and address of the
person succeeding to the owner
ship or control of such mobile
home park. Upon application in
writing for transfer of the per
mit and payment of the trans
fer fee, the permit shall be
transferred if the park is in
compliance with all applicable
provisions of this Ordinance.
(a) Application for original
permits shall be in writing,
signed by the applicant, and
shall contain the following:
1. The name and address of
the applicant;
2. The interest of the app
licant in and the location and
legal description of the mobile
home park;
3. A complete plan of the
mobll e home park, showing
compliance with all applicable
provisions of this Ordinance.
4. Such further information
as may be requested by the
health officer to enable him to
determine that the proposed
mobile home park will comply
with legal requirements.
(b) Permits will atuomatic
ally be reviewed each year
provided management has met
all requirements set forth under
this Ordinance.
A complete plan, for thepur
pse of obtaining a permit to be
issued by the health officer shall
show:
a. The area and dimensions
of the tract of land;
b. The number, location, and
size of all mobile home lots;
c. The location and width of
roadways.
d. The location of service
buildings and any other
proposed structures.
e. The location of water and
sewer lines and
f. Plans and specifications of
all buildings andother improve
ments constructed or to be con
structed within the mobile home
park.
Any person whose application
fo r a permit under this Re
solution has been denied may
request and shall be granted a
hearing on the matter before
the health officer under the pro
cedure provided by Section 4
of this Ordinance.
Whenever, upon inspection of
any mobile home park, the halth
health officer finds that condi
tions or practices exist which
are in violation of any pro
vision of this Ordinance, or of
any regulations adopted pur
suant thereto, the health officer
shall give notice in writing in
accordance with Section 4.1 to
the person to whom the permit
was issued that such conditions
or practices shall be corrected
within a reasonable period of
time specified in the notice
by the health officer upon rein
spection of such mobile home
park and, if such conditions
or practices have not been cor
rected, the permit shall be
suspended and notice given in
writing of such suspension to
the person to whom the permit
is issued. Upon receipt of no
tice os suspension, such person
shall cease operation of such
mobile home park except as
provided in Section 4.2.
Any person whose permit has
been suspended, or who has
recieved notice from the health
officer that his permit will be
suspended unless certain con
ditions or practices at the mo
bile home park are corrected,
may request and shall be gr
anted a hearing on the matter
before the health officer, under
the procedure provided by Sec
tion 4 of this Ordinance.
PROVIDED: That when no
petition for such hearing shall
have been filed within ten days
following the day on which no
tice of suspension was served,
such permit shall be deemed to
have been atuomatically re
voked at the expiration of such
ten-day period.

400 Gallon
Still Is
Discovered
A 400 gallon Ground Hog type
distillery which also contained
400 gallons of mash was lo
cated and destroyed by the Fo
rsyth County Sheriff’s Depart
ment and Federal Revenue Off
icers, Friday, November 21.
The distillery was located
on Six Mile Creek in Forsyth
County. No arrest have been
made to date.
FCHS Soccer
Season Opened
On Nov. 20, 1969, FCHS op
ened its soccer season against
Greater Atlanta Christian Sc
hool. The dogs led on offense
by Bill Blocker (4 goals) and
Garvice Shook (1 goal) and on
defense by Jon Barron and Bob
Olive came away with their
first win by a score of 5-1.
The first home game fea
tured Norcross vs F.C.H.S.
Again our dogs gained another
victory. The final score FCHS
4, Norcross 0. Goals were sc
ored by Bill Blocker (2) Jack
Stlener (1) and Garvice Shook
(1). Also turning in good per
formances were Bob Olive,
Benny Tallent and Roger Hen
derson. The next home game
will be Dec. 4 against Pauld
