Heardville’s own Annie Evans
is just about the sweetest woman
in Forsyth County - in the literal
sense of the word. She loves
good things to eat, loves to make
them and for ten years or more
she has passed along samples
of her creations to restaurants,
etc., and individuals who seem
ingly have an unsatisfiable
‘sweet tooth’. Incidentally, who
doesn’t?

Annie’s kitchen.
The wife of the late Mr. Roy
Evans, Annie has customers
from Marietta, Alpharetta, and
Dawsonville, as well as those
from Cumming and Canton, and
the great majority of her cus
tomers are extrememly well
pleased with the palatepleasi:
goodies that she has provided
them. To prove it they come
back again and again, for more.
Cakes for birthdays, parties,
weddings, and you name it! Cup
cakes, cookies and mints, and
that lucious wedge of pie you
enjoyed at lunchtime just might
have come from her kitchen.
Annie specializes in just-about
anything that comes from an
oven, and in spite of those
hundreds of extra calories, peo
ple love it!
“1 get tired, but never
bored,” Mrs. Evans says, and
so it is with most occupations,
but where many people can
not, Annie declares, “1 get
the biggest thrill.”
