delivered to Atlanta Federal
Savings and loan Association a
certain Deed to Secure Debt dated
February 21,1973 recorded in Deed
Book 117, page 352, in the office of
the Clerk of the Superior Court of
Forsyth County, Georgia, which
conveys the following described
property:
ALL THAT TRACT or parcel of
land lying and being in Land Lots
1104 and 1057 of the 3rd District, Ist
Section of Forsyth County,
Georgia, and being 9.70 Acres, as
per survey for Cullen Construction
Company by Cecil S. Mize,
Registered Surveyor, dated March
5, 1972, and being more par
ticularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pin at the
southwest corner of Land Lot 1057,
thence running north 01 degrees 14
minutes east, along the west line of

ditch (which is the same point

and having breached the
covenants in said Deed to Secure
Debt, Atlanta Federal Savings and
Loan Association has declared all
sums secured by said Deed to
Secure Debt immediately due and
payable and will sell said above
described property in front of the
courthouse door in Forsyth
County, Georgia, on the first
Tuesday in August, 1974, during
the legal hours of sale to the
highest bidder for cash, all as
provided in said Deed to Secure
Debt and the power of sale therein
contained. Said property will be
sold as the property of Cullen
Construction Co., Inc. subject to
any unpaid taxes and special
assessments existing against the
property, and the proceeds of the
sale shall be applied as provided
for in said Deed to Secure Debt.

endorsed by Hallmark Mort
gage, Inc. to Adair Mortgage
Company on February 2, 1973.
Notice has been given of in
tention to foreclose and intention
to collect attorneys' fees in ac
cordance with legal
requirements and the terms of
the above promissory note and
deed to secure debt.
