Man Dies
In Wreck
• Forsyth County’s eighth
traffic fatality of the year
was recorded last week
when a Cumming man died
as a result of injuries sus
tained in a Sunday evening
wreck, according to Sheriff
Wesley Walraven.
I Authorities said David
Sherrill Watson, 29, of Cum
ming, died Monday at North
side Hospital in Atlanta.
Watson was injured Sunday
When the 1977 Jeep he was
driving north on Highway
141, left the road and over
turned several times.
Sheriff Walraven said
Watson was alone in the ve
hicle when the accident oc
curred approximately 10

S A 13-year-old Forsyth
County boy died last Tues
day of wounds suffered by a
gunshot, according to For
syth County investigators.
Authorities said Steven
Craig Blackstone, Keith
.Bridge Road, was found by

1:30 p.m. and was taken to
SForsyth County Hospital.
The youth was transferred
to Northside Hospital in At
lanta where he died, authori
ties said.

for the pickup, which appar
ently left shortly before they
arrived, deputies reported.

portation vehicle overheard
the lookout, spotted
the truck in Cherokee
County and followed it until
it .was stopped in a road
block by Pickens County au
thorities, officers said.
The two men, along with
items in their vehicle, were
returned to Forsyth County
by sheriff’s investigators, of
ficers said.
The two were identified as
David M. Davis, age 36; and
Wallace Millwood, also 36,
both of Cumming.
Davis was being held with
out bond and Millwood was
released under SIO,OOO,
according to sheriff Walra
ven.
A 21-year-old Cunnming
man was injured in ajn auto
accident here Saturday that
resulted in the arresrt of a
Dahlonega man, according
to the Forsyth Count]/ Sher
iff’s Department.
Authorities said Hickey
Lamar Tow, 21, Cumming,
was taken to Forsyth 'County
Hospital to be treated for in
juries sustained in th e acci
dent, which occurred about
6:45 p.m. Saturday at the in
tersection near Lanieir Shop
ping Village.
Tow was a passengeir in an
auto driven by Jamec; Earl
Hubbard, 35, of Cumming.
