said Deed to Secure Debt
having been given to secure
a note dated June 16,1980, in
the original principal
amount of $68,285.64, there
will be sold by the under
signed at public outcry, dur
ing the legal hours of sale
before the door of the Court

Georgia, on the first Tues
day in July, 1981, to wit July
7, 1981, to the highest and
best bidder for cash, the fol
lowing described property:

Lot 3 of LAURA ESTATES
subdivision according to plat

suant to the terms of said
Deed to Secure Debt and

of intention to enforce provi
sions for collection of attor
ney's fees and foreclosure in

quirements and the terms of
the Deed to Secure Debt and
Note. The indebtedness re
maining in default, the sale
will be made for the purpose
of applying proceeds thereof
to the payment of the indebt

to secure Debt, accrued in
